Multiplayer logon problem!!!!
 

I have been playing cod2 for quite a while now and then when I tried to play another game I had to download a patch for that one and I think it interfered with my cod2 game. This is what happens now:

• when logging onto multi-player all that shows up is white blocks in place of the words
• after clicking on the blocks the next screen still shows blocks.
• The patch that I downloaded i cannot find but the name of it is DiscN[1].exe
• Single player is no longer working either

The things that I have tried

1. restoring my computer to an earlier date
2. un-installing and re-installing cod2
3. searching for the DiscN[1].exe, using the search mod on computer (did not find)

Please help me!!!!
