Patch Update
 

Im trying to update my version of call of duty but i get an error message

INVALID INSTALLATION MESSAGE: If you get a "Setup did not detect a valid Call of Duty™ CD Key" error message when installing the 1.4 patch

i bought the game from a shop and iv used it before on my old computer so i dont see a reason why it isnt working

any help would be great

i have re-installed the game and re-enterd the code several times but still nothing???

im out of ideas

You post in a COD2 forum but COD2 v1.3 is the latest version?
Or its the wrong forum or you try to install the COD4 v1.4 version on your COD2?

Or are you trying the outdated version of COD1? :confused:
