Each time i go to multiplayer my controls have reverted to default?

Hi there i play on a private server with Cod2 patched to 1.3.

The problem i get is when i join the multiplayer server my controls have all reverted to default and i have to keep resetting them each time i join??

Any ideas y this is happening and how to fix plz :)

what os are you running? is it a mod server? how do you connect to the server, via 3rd party app or ingame server browser?

If youre running COD2 from x-fire any changes you make dont save. You need to start multiplayer manually and change them there.
