[Help] Urgent! Help with in-game menu editing

Hi guys!
I have a big issue i need to find a way to have to additional options in the in-game menu.When a player joins a server and selects his team,weapon etc...when he presses escape when normally he can change team,weapon call a vote...i want to add a rank control centar and help and guide section.I added options but i can not find a way to open the custom menus.I tried copying call a vote menu renaming in adding it to ingame.txt,change some names but still when i try to open the help and guide it simply doesn't do anything if i press a number i assigned to open that menu it simply quits in-game menu
Any help or tutorial will be extremly helpful
