well you said you converted it to iwd, but then you said you saved it as a .zip file. Where are you testing it? did you put it in the proper format of folders within the iwd file ie: images/(compass filename)?

look where you originally found the file. Inside each .iwd file are folders containing the files. What folder(s) is this under? Then, use the format of those folders within the .iwd file and put the file within in the correct location according to directory format. For example:

in iwd #6 is british_scriptmenu.menu. This file is under ui_mp/scriptmenus. Thus, when i create my new .iwd file, i will create a folder named ui_mp within the .iwd file, and within that i will create a scriptmenus folder. Then within this folder i will place the file. Note that the actual name of the original .iwd file from which it was taken does not matter, but all the folders within do.

Default Re: compass

For all IWI files the folder structure is the same: 'images'

Create a folder called that, and pack the compass IWI files (there should be 3 back, face and highlight) in a IWD file.
