wtf, i spawned in a test map, and was slammed to the floor and coul;dn't move. HELP

bah, help, i made a map, test.bsp, in codradiant, i loaded it, all goes fine, till i spawn, when i spawn, i get SLAMMED to the grounbd, and can't move,m anyone else have this prob? FIXES? :furious:

i'm a vet mapper from RTCW, and on RTCW this never happened to me, lol
