Cod:UO Appears all grey & black. Help!

My friend has deleted the entire Cod directory and also from the registry and still gets same issue after re-install. Here is what it looks like http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/4...0000gt5.th.jpg
All other games perform great with no color loss, cant seem to figure out how to fix it for him, any help from the cod community would be great, Thanks.
