Default Activate Maps

I ;VE RUN THE CODFILES MAP PACK 1
AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACTIVATE ANY MAP
eg I OPEN THE CONSOLE AND I WRITE ''MAP STREETWAR'' AND NOTHING HAPPENS
WHAT DO I HAVE TO WRITE????????

Default Re: Activate Maps

Easiest way is to go to Start New Server, pick your gametype, and then look for the map you want in the map previewer. Highlight it, then click "start".

If you want to do it from console, you have to enter the map name exactly as in the .bsp file (this is known as the "map file").

Streetwar might be called mp_streetwar, so you would enter:

map mp_streetwar.

Look to see what it is called by opening the pk3 file with something like packscape or Winrar.
