the COD 1.5 patch is here (it contains Tigertown):

the CODUO 1.51 patch and uomappack00.pk3 map-pack are here:
http://www.callofduty.com/UOpatch/

YOU DO NOT NEED any "b" patches, as these are for server admins only.
