Dont have a clue what your talking about. Never heard of programs running in ACDsee coz I've never heard of it.

well ACDsee is a image launcher and now all my .exe files are running with ACDsee including COD:UO,MSN,Imesh,***** and many more.....i cant even open them..any clue?

Right click any of your .exe files, and left click properties at the bottom of the menu that pops up. Then left click on the 'change' button near the top. Then assocaite each file with its required program - so for example, if you're trying to change COD.exe, just select COD from the list of programs to assocaite it with it.
