Cant submit files

i have trouble sending files over the size of 16mb to files@codfiles.com it says the file is too big for the server. is there another way to submit files? also, do the admin at codfiles.com accept files that have been "broken up" ie. taken apart into small pieces and sent one by one? someone please help me with this.
