Server Hacks - cl-parse server message:illegible server message 0

Can anyone help ?

We currently run a sniper server on COD. We play purely with sniper rifles and have set rules with which we both play by and control play in the game. We have a large collaboration of regulars who are devoted to improving our site through both suggestions and mod/map making.

We have had few instances recently where individuals have visited our server and made a mockery of our rules and our regulars.

This is usually handled with a few reminders of our rules then, in the case of continued mindless insubordination a swift show of PB retribution. However, this has failed as these individuals have threatened to shut down our server and then they have!

Our server is shut down externally and our players are kicked. Once the server is back up and running we suffer the same for a short while after as whatever it is they do seems to plague the server after they've gone.

The message we get at our end is:
cl-parse server message: illegible server message 0

I think everyone will agree this is a serious issue for both server owners and players alike so would anyone have any advice on how to combat this.

We have taken the time to collect the guid No.s of the parties involved and permanently ban them from using our server but there seem to more each week now. We have had three instances this week alone.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds quite serious. I read bout things like this on CS servers or something. From teh [myg0t] clan... that clan sends shivers down my spine ^_^ im scared :bows: lmao.

Just kidding, reading about myg0t from there own stories things such as editing players contols such as theyre w key to /kill or there fire key to /kill so whenever they do anythin they die. This is not in there own server and stuff. Also changing peoples names to "myg0t owns me" and things. They could also shut down cs servers with a bot.

Look into it mate and hope u get a solution.

( PS . There was a recent bug on the new cs if u change ure name to %n it crashes the server, maybe theres a new / unfound bug in cod? )

Hopefully this will stop them shutting down your server:
