On another post someone sent me a link to an application called the All Seeing Eye that shows you detailed information on servers that are running multiplayer for lots of different games(Star Wars Jedi Outcast, Elite Force etc.) I haven't seen the any servers in a few days either but this helped me connect to a server--it also shows you who is connected so you won't connect to a game with just bots. Sorry I don't have the link but if you do a search for my username or Master Server it should come up.
