In "Multiplayer Options"...Set PunkBuster to "Yes"...

or in your console, type /pb_cl_enable

Thanks Poultry_King - for some odd reason I didn't have the option to enable pb from MP options (the option wasn't even displayed).

I believe you have to install patch 1.4 for the punkbuster thing to show up in mulitplayer options.
