how do i make my own server

how do i make my own own server everytime i try the game crashes, i think i have to take some files out of call of duty but im not sure, if someone coukld help it will be gratfully appreciatted thank you

It`s a server config builder...I requested help too for a server setup, but no one answers...This builder is pretty good, but some features are missing...I still want to know how to make teams switch sides without having to do it manually via a rcon command all the time...

Anyways check it out, will get you going for sure...

Also I would like to have a warm up delay at beginning of each match...How to?
