Dawnville will not end - please help

I have completed all of the objectives in the Dawnville Mission but on the final one when I have to regroup with Captain Foley and get into the car, Captain Foley is not interacting with me and I cannot get into the car. Somebody else said I was taking out the motars too quick and to try slowing it down until the ai kicks in but this has not worked. Anyone got any ideas as I am desperate to finish this level.

is the car out of the garage? cuz if it is all u gotta do is go to the passenger side and press F

The car is still in the garage and the garage doors are open but I cannot walk into the garage.

Try going around and making sure you have killed all the germans especially any that might be hiding around the stone tower where the MG42 was ripping into you earlier. There is a set of trenches around the tower where I have found one or two german troops that I have had to clear first. The care WILL not come out unless ALL the germans are killed.

If the car doesnt come out and you dont hear sgt calling out to you to get in the car that means there is still at least one german skulking around somewhere and you have to go find him.

Thanks for your reply but I actually found out where I had went wrong. Apparently this issue may occur if you reach the field with the mortar teams too quickly. After destroying the third tank you have to be sure to wait on the road until Captain Foley is approached by a soldier discussing the mortar teams and not to advance to the field before the discussion takes place. I tried this and it worked a treat.

also having problems withs Dawnsville. Have killed all the germans I think, replayed it slower as suggested, still no sign of the car coming out of the garage. Cpt. Foley appears to be on look out and no matter where you look or go there are no germans? What do I do?

Hi, this message is for all people stucked in the Dawnville level, like me some minutes before. All you need to do to fix this bug (really it is a game bug) is to remove the 1.5 Patch (at least this was the Patch I was using). The only way to do this (as far I know) is to remove the game and to install it again (it is not necesary to remove the saved games, in the Mac version only you need to remove the Call of Duty folder because the saved games are in a diferent location, I do not know in the PC version).

After that, play the game without any patch. Load a saved game just before to destroy the third tank (it is the same to destroy yourself or your team) and continue playing. You will see as now, when you go the objective, the Captain maintain the conversation with the team and they will follow to you to the morter battlefiled.

I have just disvored a few minutes ago after many days traing to do something to pass the level, but the problem was in the Patch.
