CoD and Fraps

Well i have deicded to make a CoD movie for a bit of fun and i have frap's and i got Adobe premiere probut i was wondering a few thing's

1)How do i reduce the size of .avi file's? i recorded for about 10 second's and it twas 101Mb @_@
2)does anybody have any tut's for adobe premiere??

thanx this woud be a great help;) i will post the movie when i have figured the thing's out and stuff ;)

Make it smaller... Instead of 1024x768 size video, shrink it to 320x240.
As for tutorials... Nothing beats a teacher to teach you how to use it. Then again, if you know Flash, it feels alot like it so you're well on your way :) .
