mod for editing sounds.
 
I want to open a sound pak. en get some sounds out of it ( Just 1 weapon)

what program do i need to pack it out and save it as a .pk3?

i also what to get sounds out of the "Saving Private Ryan"

and save them as weapon sounds for COD

wat programs do i need???

to open paks you need a program called pakscape. do a search of these forums and you'll find plenty of how to's!

if you want to rip a sound from spr, i believe you would need only rip the scene you want from dvd. then use a program like vegas pro to extract the sound effect track. once that is done you would need to convert it to a raw wav file and use a program like soundforge, or any wav editor to trim the ends, eq, normalize and then save out as a 22kHz pcm wav file.

then you would use pakscape to repack.
