Mappers and skinners wanted!

To cut a long story short, I have an idea for a mod I think will be a success. So far, the reception for my idea has been welcomed, and there have been no criticisms in the form of it won't work, or this is gonna suck yet.
I however have a lot of problems with my pc atm, rather, it has problems with me. I try to run a programme and it usually messes it up :<
This aside I am still trying to learn to map and mod, but I am still a newbie at it. This is why I am asking anyone passionate about making a groundbreaking mod to contact me. We need mappers modders and skinners, and possibly the odd coder! I will explain the full details if you contact me.
