Need help on Skinning!
 

Im using the Adobe PhotoShop 7.0.1 Trial to skin, and Im making a mod, And I want all Allies to have Black Cloths, This is how I edit the colors.

I open one of the .dds files, Then I go to 'Image > Ajustments > Hue/Saturation' and I pick the color I want, But I cant get it to become black, I tryed to Turn the Lightness down to -100, and that made it black, But when I go try the mod on Call of Duty It doesn't Work, I dont know if I dont have my map set to the right Skins or not.

Any help Would be Apriciated
