A Push In The Right Direction!

I hope this is the correct place to post this...

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some information to where I can find some Programs & Tutorials so I can have a go at creating my own Call Of Duty:United Offensive Maps. I'm very new to this & just need a push in the right direction. I did search on CoDFiles.com but had some trouble finding the right Radiant program... Any help will be greatly appreciated!
