Cant connect to HOB

My friend cant connect to HOB.When he tries a message comes up saying server is for low ping players only. He has Broadband and i gave him the latest patch (v.32?) and he can get on a COD server ok. Can anyone help?

I would make sure that the game he was connecting to was HoB first. Try connecting through gamespy or a similar program.
Otherwise I really have no idea.

His message means just what it says. It may just be that the server is to distant from him and that his ping is to high as a result of it, and is over the servers set ping limit. Either that or the server has a low max ping limit.
