Join Date: April 3rd, 2004 Status: Available Rep Power: 0 | Re: Russians for Germans yeah it can be done. you're gonna wanna edit the gametype gsc files. in there, you can call a script that modifies what 2 teams are used in the maps and the weapons.
this way you can have 2 independent scripts setup so that one is run from say S&D for your us vs german stuff and then in the HQ gsc file you run another script for your brit vs rusky stuff, the map rotation would be completely independent of the scripting, just set the rotation in your config file. and it'll always be the same. Just remember, whatever you call the pak file that you put all your scripts in, it has to be alphabetically listed after the main pack files, because the game loads all the files and whatever files it loads last if there is multiple of the same file, is the one it will use. most people have been using something like zzz_mymod.pk3 get it? i'm not sure exactly how much modding experience you have but it may be a little tough to figure out everything if it's your first time doing this sort of thing.
