Buddy Connection refused

Anyone get this error message when trying to play on EA online? Buddy connection refused, really doesnt explain much. I've tried everything.

no enough info

You both have 2 ORIRGINAL cd's (bought)

You both have your windowxp firewall disabled? (network properties/security or something)

You both have your firewall off (or right convigurated / see readme)

You both have the same verions (paches) of the game

You both DON't use a cd-patch? CCG ONLINE sees a cdpatch as a MOD so you can't enter if the other has a cd patch.

Try figuring out this first :) ty.
