C&C Generals Crashes to Desktop, little help buck

I installed the game - corrected my resolution size - downloaded my latest video card drivers (ati rage 128) and blah blah blah.

As soon as I click on the Generals.exe the splash screen comes on for some 20 seconds and then crashes to my desktop. And I've installed it on my other computer which is a great computer in every way and it does the same thing.

Little help?

same problem here, someones gotta help a brother out...my specs are amd 1800 processor. 256 mb, i downloaded new hyperion 4 in one drivers, but still same thing

For the first guy....the problem lies in your ATI RAGE 128 card - it's simply too old to handle it. The way i know? I had one until i bought my GeForce 4. Sorry but i think you're gonna havta fork out 4 a new card.
