Graphics Problem?!??

I just got the first decade pack and after installing it i find the graphics are really poor. Now it seems arite when playing but when you watch the mission briefing there are fine black horozontal lines going accross the screen. and another thing is the whole screen is shifted up and towards the left. so i cant see a bit of the top and left side of the picture.

this happens on all the games on the pack.

please some one help.!!!!

PS. i have updated all the drivers, , i got direct x 9, and run the EAsy system info and it tells me i have more than the minimum requirements.

what type of monitor do you have/what is its resolution?
hehe in project raptor there is a tank called monitor hehe ROFLMFAO LoL!

i got a 17" tft monitor set to 1024 x 768 resolution. i have the latest direct x 9.0 and have installed the graphics card driver. still the same problem of poor graphics and shift left and up in the screen.

please fellow gamers hellppppp!!!!!

you can ask EA games, they perhaps know better about solving this issue.
