Wont let me creat account to play COMMAND AND CONQUER GENERALS:ZEROHOUR

i just got the command and conquer generals series today, and it wont let me creat an online account to play it ONLINE i put my name and password in everything else about my age and stuff but then i click on the creat account and it says"Password invalid"




plz help me.

i can create accounts so it might be something like a router problem.. or u may need to reinstall..

Invalid Password means that somebody ELSE has that account name picked, so change your name and try again.

it cant make me log in because it says

"could not connect to zero hour online " even though i am connected and i tryes going to a diffrent windows and tryes again. tryes getting out and in but still doesnt work hopefully some1 will help me i apreciate this whoever. i bought this and i dont want it to be a waste.......

Ok, make sure you have the patch, are connected to the internet, and don't have your firewall on. If you're not sure about your firewall, check Send Delay in the ZH options. I think if you have a firewall you can also tell it which port you opened for it in the options.

hey guys i know this is a stupid question but how do u disable ur firewall....

If you have Windows XP, do this: Start -> Control Panel -> Security Center -> Managed Security Settings for: Windows Firewall -> turn OFF.

If you have a different firewall (like Norton Firewall), you'll have to disable it by going into the properties from its icon in the notification area of the start menu.

Also, you can disable it by going: Start -> Control Panel -> Network and Internet Connections -> Network Connections -> right click on your connection (internet first, then network the same way) -> Properties -> Advanced -> uncheck the Firewall checkbox.
