Join Date: October 21st, 2005 Rep Power: 0 | Exception_access_violation I have loaded-uninstalled Command and Conquer The Generals 4 times and I still can not play the game. The game will load, play the intro video, flicker and will reboot the computer. I have all the system requirements, Nvida GeForce2, (MSI Motherboard) 1.4 Amd Processor, 1 gig Ram (Rosewill). I get an error message sometimes, and the system does not reboot. The release crash info states, "The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
Access address:FCCF2774 was read from." I have installed the patches and increased the virtual memory which didn't help. |
