DDS - TGA image convertor

Hi

does anyone know where i can get hold of a program that will convert the .DDS images to .TGA so that i am able to work on them??

there is 2 that i know of one is DDS tools i forgot where i got it but that is one the othere is a plugin for photoshop

does anyone have a clue hw to save your imported w3d file NOT to gmax format, but simply to ?????????????.w3d and not to ????????????.w3d.gmax PLZ HELP
