Can someone plz help me add the zero hour countermeasures to generals?

Save yourself the trouble sell some bottles or some cans and buy yourself a 4.99 copy of cncz from wal-mart or ebay if you feel lucky!!! This being said it still shouldn't be that hard to add countermeausres to generals but there's less sweat in just buying the expansion it's worth it.
