.Tga for Cameos but for anything else I don't know.

Textures go in Art/Textures. They can be either TGA or DDS. And the only way to get new explosion textures is make them or search on the internet, but from my own experience there arn't very many.

Its still glitching? This is the reason i moved forums :p, RenEclips is just so much more reliable and more active.

No its a forum glitch, it happned to me a few times yesterday.
