...and mud pluddles. Please. The idea is to make some sludge puddles and mud puddels (for winter) that vehicles will get stuck in. I have a way to do it, I KNOW it will work, I just need the models. Can someone do this for me please? It really won't take long.

Particle effects can't affect other objects. That's why units like the Ambulance and Toxin Tractor use special 'projectiles'.
