Model specs?

Ok the models seem to be different then what I'm use to,anyhow can someone who has made several models answer these questions?

Infantry-poly limit? Do I need to use hardpoints,or name anything?

tanks-poly limit? Do I need to use hardpoints,or name anything?

aircraft-poly limit? Do I need to use hardpoints,or name anything?

seacraft-poly limit? Do I need to use hardpoints,or name anything?

buildings-poly limit? Do I need to use hardpoints,or name anything?

Also on the bones,I can place them with the model but that's all,none of the tutorials I've found tell what else to do. I have max r3.
