Black Templar Vow...

yEAH, the vow that pronounces all Templar to make a move before the game, sending them closer to any psykers...What happens if there are multiple psykers on the board? Is it the nearest one, or the choice of the player?

This is not a forum about warhammer 40k it is a mod for C&C generals based on 40k, so people stop posting pointless bits about 40k rules whcih no one cares about.
