Logitech MX-500 mouse buttons

Has anyone experienced difficulty getting hte 4th and 5th mouse buttons to work for binds in CoD? If so, have you been able to work around this? I cannot make use of the 4th and 5th mouse buttons, and since my fingers are there, I'd like to utilize them! :) TIA for any help!

hmm..since it runs the same game engine as the other games i've used mouse 4 and 5 with it should work. have u tried manually binding it in the console?
/bind mouse4 [command]
/bind mouse5 [command]
