"CD key in use"

It always gives me the error "CD key in use" whenever I try to join an online game. On every single server. The solution, you may say, is that the CD key is fake? Wrong. Its a legal key. Perhaps some other guy got this key from a crack? What do you ppl say?

i have call of duty/UO and i gave my friend the game and then we played with the same CD key on the internet on the GITS kill or be killed server (but sometimes i couldn`t play because my friend was using it...so it gave me the message CD key already in use but if i got to the game before my friend then he couldn`t play it:fistpunch: )
