I wrote that you came dangerously close to 'hinting' that Praetorian was ignorant with your question 'you're not what? ignorant?'. This is an innuendo - i.e. an 'intimation', a 'hint' that he IS ignorant.
BTW this is your assumption of whether or not I was hinting to anything or not, you don't know what I meant or whether I was implying anything your just assuming that I was and what do we know about assumption? <---- hehe.

Hehe, you and everyone else knows what you were doing, so don't try to get technical. You are so amazing, you can copy and paste definitions from the dictionary.com. w00t.
This is neither the Melee nor the rants forum, so the grammar and flame wars.

Technology compare here:

Brothers in arms uses MoH varient of quake 3 engine
COD used RTCW varient of quake 3 engine
COD2 will be using Doom 3 (quake 4) engine varient.

Personaly i think the screenshots say it all, but i'm not hopeful about the multiplayer. Many of the new gen games, hl2, doom 3, etc have had very... basic multplayer ability. The thing that makes COD so amazing as it is is the amazing multiplayer capabilities. Its a class of its own. BIA is more of a stratagey based game while cod is more combat intensive.

Exactly thank you--->(This is neither the Melee nor the rants forum, so the grammar and flame wars.), and I wasn't trying to be amazing in fact there is nothing amazing about it and you as a moderator poking fun about it only encourages others to do it. I misunderstood something you said and when I realized that I did I apologized, far as I am concerned that was between you and I and no one else, once again I am sorry for any misunderstanding on my part, I have been reading alot of COD2 forums and assumed that you were talking about COD2, my mistake.

I just got through the BIA demo. From what I've played, it didn't "Wow!" me at all. The AI just isn't nearly as good as CoD. Not to say that it's bad, it's just so predictable. Shoot, duck, shoot, duck. I do like the story line, following one man is more compeling than following three. However, I do like that you can play from the perspective of three nations in CoD.

It's too bad they didn't release a multiplayer demo, the multiplay in BIA sounds interesting.

But for right now, CoD remains the worlds best WWII FPS,

I disagree with your AI point...I have played through both Xbox and CPU BIA's up to Difficult level and have seen germans flanking my squad...I think that on easy level they are more laid back and dont move so much.

I love both games...I think they are very different and quite honestly don't know why people compare them.

Cheers

Ok I have played both games. Both different, but both entertaining. Did the person who played BIA not notice that if you try to flank, then the enemy will adjust to flank you. Or they will flank you at times. The AI is much better in BIA than COD. Your squad will save your life many times over. Whereas on COD I found myself being the one having to do the most.
Both have their strengths and weaknesses. I liked that the faces on BIA didn't look the same also. As for those complaining about aiming, welcome to really aiming a weapon. Sorry that BIA makes you think.

BiA is kinda like a CoD, Hidden and Dangerous 2 or a Ghost Recon mix. Both, FPS's and both set in WWII, both different, in BiA you have a squad and how you use that squad determines if you live or die, in CoD you have you, you determine if you live or die or go crashing into the German base with your Thompson. BiA is a better game tactically, more realistic and a breath of fresh air, but CoD is great too, great missions, a large variety of weapons and a wonderful multiplayer.

My ratings:
Brothers In Arms: :stallard::stallard::stallard::stallard::stallard: outta five.
Call of Duty: :stallard::stallard::stallard::stallard::stallard: outta five.
Both great, both different.
