I use some of these tweaks but what I am having a problem with is the tweaks staying. I have put them in my uoconfig_mp.cfg file and put them in the console, but when I go back in the game it resets them to default again. Anyone know how I can fix this?

yes in the cod/uo folder I did, is there a command to get it to save or write to your cfg in game? I play alot of SOF2 and I just edit the cfg folder in my base/mp and osp folder. Dont know if there is something different with cod?

I have the same problem, mp_config.cfg seems to change every time I start the game. Tried alot of things but haven't figured it out yet, It's pretty annoying. What I did was save a copy of your modified Config file onto the desktop and every time before you run the game, copy that file into your CoD/UO/ folder.

Right click the config file & check the box "read only".. That should stop it being modified

I figured out my problem, I wasnt adding seta in front of the cvar commands. In sof2 I never needed to type seta before the cvar.
set <cvar> <value> Sets a cvar which only remains for this session.
seta <cvar> <value> Sets a cvar which is saved to config_mp.cfg.

Found some other cvar commands too.

set just sets the cvar
seta keeps the value after you quit
sets sets the cvar on the server (mostly for rcon)
setu, um.., I think it's defunct
