Bloody Teammates!

I love Call of Duty: Finest Hour... but one thing really gets on my nerves. 9 out of 10 times I die in single player, it is because I walk into a room or area, see bad guys, and try to duck back into the hall/room I just came from... thats where the trouble is. My teammates stand there blocking me from taking cover. So I can either fight out in the open with no hope of surviving... or stare at en enemy grenade wondering if it will kill me all the way or just most of the way. Anyone having the same problem?
