I am on a mission where you have to interrorigate a german pow, i can't figure out what to do to actually interrorigate him please help!!!!!!!!!!

He's most likely talking about that Bastogne map where you take the Jerry prisoner and another Yank interrogates him....

Just wait, and they should start talking... if not, restart the level or some point back before the barn area.

Yes, some of your comrades should already be there or be on their way there to interrogate him. The sequence should start when you reach the marked objective. If not, something has gone wrong and you'll probably have to go back few saves.

Me too. As people have already speculated, you don't actually interrogate the prisoner. A fellow soldier does the talking. Just make sure you walk up to the prisoner to trigger the scene. As Chiefy said - if this doesn't work try going back a couple saves. If that doesn't work try restarting the level (the level may have been corrupted by another process the first time you loaded it causing it to miss a trigger).
