Whats FPS??

I hear loads of people talking about FPS and it showing on a few screen shots when playing the game, but what is it and what does it do to the game??

Frames Per Second. Generally the human eye is comfortable at 30 FPS and can't notice the difference past 60 (some people claim they can).

Also, if it is referring to a game genre, it means First Person Shooter.

FPS is how u see if ur gfx is running good or bad if u have low fps ur jump about miss frames if u have high fps the u will get good smooth play of the game \cg_drawfps 1 is the command to turn is on. And to turn it off its \cg_drawfps 0
