1. Too small maps in MP
2. No custom maps in MP
3. No tanks or flaks in MP
4. No Ranks
5. Because on ^ no artillery
6. PPsH noobs
7. Shotguns period.
8. MG42 and other stationary MGs dont have a heat level
Thats all I can really think of for now...

What bothers me the most are the small mp maps, and most of what Rommel34 said.

With the patch coming out and the map maker as well (heres hoping) most of your problems are fixed.

id like to see some viecles like tanks but not to many of them i dont want 20 tanks for each side i mean 2 or 3 so altho there is tanks that add to the combat there is still alot of infantry combat becouse when in a server with 20 on 20 not every one is gona get a tank so there will be lots on foot

I like COD2 but it has many flaws.Thats why i'm glad I kept COD and COD:UO in.But overall COD2 could be very fun

What bothers me most is that bolt action rifles are virtually useless on these ridicuously small MP maps.

i agree the maps r too small and the bolt action rifles seem to really suck on mp which( i like realism) is not realistic at all and well..... grinds my gears thanks for ur posts:lookaround:

the stupid cod2 is an "infantry based game" -What?!
is not in the infantry that u use tanks?In fact its called the mobile infantry not only that ww2 had the most and the best tank battles of all time battle of kursk ,stalingrad, and operation market garden being some of the more well known ones.So these people are telling me that this is an "infantry based game" and all the tanks ,jeeps ect dont exsist or have a place in cod2 thats total bull! The infantry fought along side tanks.German infantry units in the soviet union fought against hundreds of tanks without any tank support.so the next emo pos that tells me this is an infantry based game i will find u and do a Chuck Norris on u!

Well it took my brother and me about one weekend to decide to go back to COD UO. My first impression of COD2 online was very bad. At first sight, it looked as if everyone was running in slow motion! It just went downhill from there.

I assume that they will add vehicles in the expansion, which we ALL know is coming.

As for the shotguns, all I have to say is it is the stupidest thing I have seen in a WWII FPS game. God I hope to see some mods taking that out of the selection.

Lastly let me just say that overall I really did not feel that COD2 was that great of a step from COD and UO. Sure the graphics are tweaked, but nothing revolutionary.

Add to what recent games like BF2 and Joint Ops have done, I would like to have at seen at least a couple large maps.
