[Help] Better Police?

I have been playing Vice City for a while now and the police just bore me now. I have looked all over the place for a mod that can make them more challeging or effective but nothing really works. If anyone could show me some mods to make them better I would be very grateful.

I dont think there is a mod for something like that if there is i havent seen it anyway. If i were you i would ask someone to make it or do it yourself ( i don't know how to make mods anyway)
