Default hello all
well i just discovered BC and i have installed 1.1 patch. are there any other patches i need before i start to add mods to it??

also i would to know what mods people recommend as i have seen various lists of mods and im at a loss as to what is good and what is not. so any help would be greatly appreciated

1.1 is the only patch. But you do need foundation. This can be got from BCMP or BCMI. Alternatively, download KM1.0. That has foundation and a lot of good ships and other mods in it. If you are a Stargate fan, I strongly recommend you get the Stargate Ship Pack by Dave and DKealt. Also, watch out for the new SG bridge being done by JL Studios .

KM1.0 gives you the Diamond, Sphere and Cube and there are more ships that arn't in KM.
