Yes, that's exactly what one is, but the difference between a good kitbash and a mediocre kitbash is what ships you use.

And I had a closer look at your ship, and it does look better than I first stated (must have been in a bad mood that day sorry, lol)

I think it would look nice with Ambassador necells, Sovereign ones would look to warlike with this ship, and it's been done too much, everyone puts Sovereign necelles on everything now.
