It's one your Pc, you left on too long and the heat starts building up creating friction to the data stream slowing it down, it's the site bad connetion ,overabudense of heat, proccesing to much. Your Pc could of had some spyware or adware witch usally, itfere , with the proccesing , slowing it down. Or you hav crappy connection, your distated too far wich usallyslows the data stream down, or it just runs slow, so it's only able to process small amount of data per second.
