Can you install BFV WWll Mod after the BFV 1.21 patch.

Nope. You must have a fresh install of BFV, then the 1.1 patch, then install the WW2mod, and finally then install the 1.2 and 1.21 patchs. Kind of a screwup on Dice's part seeing as how they knew the 1.2 patch was coming out soon after the WW2 mod.
