PoE .3 help

I need to download .3 for PoE to work correctly. I downloaded the .3.2 patch or whatever without realizing it was a patch and not a full install.http://forums.offtopic.com/images/smilies/doh.gif Now the game crashes and stuff is incomplete. I'm trying to download it now but the server is incredibly slow. Anybody with an FTP, will you please help? Or if soemone knows a quick free site that I could download it on.. that'd be awesome too.:bows:
