This is what shows up when I go to Online Play. Please if anyone knows what this means and how I should go about fixing it please let me know. Thank you!

It' simple because your running vista you have to go to the start menu (the toolbar at the bottomand the little button the the far left) then press all programs and then find electronic arts. Once there right click on check for update then click on run as administrator. Then the game will update after that you will be able to play online and have a great time.
