Big Problem!!

DAMN i have this biiiig problem.. so the problem is that when im playin the first mision of Isengard the game crashes! im playin for example and then sudendly apears the words in the screen LOST and all my camping is destroid!

then the same thing happens in the mision of Helm's Deep when it comes to the minute 7.05 the game crashes... and appears in the screen.. "The Lady Eowyn is no more" and is like she have been killed but IM SEEN HER IN THE SCREEN!!! and i dont know wtf happens.. and i dowload de patch 1.03 and the same thing keeps happen.. and right now i unistall the game and installed again.. so im gonna check wtf wit that.. if anybody know what to do HELP ME PLS!!!!! seyaa thnks for listen to me.. =)

I know only one way to instal it and unistal it.But you already did that.
And if it doesnt work again I really dont know what happened.

As Rambo said reinstall the game see if it works if not do a drefragment if it doesn't work then i suggest buy it again

I think an honest answer is needed this mostly happens when people download the game and not all files have been included, if you havent downloaded it then i suggest reinstalling, if that does not work contact EA, if they cant help return the game and buy a new copy.
